How we started

The journey began in 1979 when Peter Southam, alongside his respected father Norman, founded the business to serve council properties for Cherwell District Council. Their dedication to dependable service quickly earned recognition, and by the 1990s, the company expanded to support numerous letting agencies in Oxford, Bicester, and Banbury, providing reliable maintenance and repair services.
