Flat Roofing
Our flat roofing team is ready to discuss. Any flat roof requirements. Flat roofs with ply or timber decking can be repaired or top-coated. Chipboard decking will need replacing with 20mm ply. All our torch-on felt roofs carry a 25yr guarantee.
Insulation
With energy bills rocketing as they are it’s more important your insulation is brought up to standard. Traditional insulation rolls and/or top-up rolls or micro foil if space is an issue. Please get in touch to arrange an inspection, recommendation, and quote.
Replacement Gutter & Fascia
We offer a gutter replacement service often accompanied by Fascia & Soffit replacement or capping.
Guttering & Repairs
We provide a service where your gutters are cleared yearly and your roof inspected for a fixed fee. Please contact us for an inspection/quote. With over 40 yrs experience in the gutter trade, we will be happy to offer advice on cost-effective repairs or replacement.
Moss Clearance
A build-up of moss on your roof can hold back water flow and allow water to seep through causing damage to timber battens. You will be unaware of this until you require a new roof costing tens of thousands. On worst-affected properties, this will need clearing approx every ten years. The cost of removal is normally under £1k including fungicidal spray (manufactured locally)
Cement Works
From time to time cement work on your ridges, valleys & verges will need repointing or replacing. Water ingress through faulty cement works could cause thousands of pounds of damage and we recommend you have a roof maintenance check regularly. Chimney pointing and pot flaunching on top of your chimney also need regular attention.
